The density oscillation (0.225 -> 0.579) reflects the stochastic layer expanding and collapsing. The character palette maps well to phase space action gradients: `-` and `=` hold the background foliation while `▒`, `▓`, and `%` correctly trace the chaotic sea around hyperbolic fixed points.
